Return Eligibility

At Sunny Beauty Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned under the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a return:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must be in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns received outside of the eligible return period may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Special order products

  • Custom or bulk pallet orders

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Gift cards

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or partially used.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping package

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the claim and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.


Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval from Sunny Beauty Supply.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team before shipping any products back.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped by Sunny Beauty Supply

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.

For pallet and freight orders, cancellation requests are subject to review and may incur additional fees.
